Likely not. In Sarkis v. Pafford Oil Co., 697 So. 2d 524 (Fla. 1st DCA 1997), the court required an existing relationship with identifiable customers. A general loss of business is not enough.

Connect Claude in two minutes

  1. Get your API key

    Log in to CaseCanon, open Account settings, then API keys, and create a key. It starts with sk-cc-.

  2. Add the connector in Claude

    In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, choose Add custom connector, and paste this address with your key:
